"Jody was very pleasant & helpful in assisting me in simply putting the back onto my watch. Not realizing, until Jody mentioned, that it needed a special vacuum type machine in order to get the back on the watch. Within a snap she had it taken care of. She also removed a couple of links in another watch that I had with me so that it would fit better on my wrist. Neither watch was bought at Boyson's, but yet Jody was willing & able to take care of those repairs. Other establishments I stopped at would not or could not assist me. Just proves to me there is nothing better than a family owned business."
